Mr. Michael Echols is the Chief Executive Officer for the International Association of Certified ISAOs. He leads a global effort to launch and support cyber threat information sharing and analysis organizations. In his previous role, he served as the Deputy Director, Strategic Engagement and Cyber Infrastructure Resilience (SECIR) Division at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
Mr. Echols led the Cyber Joint Program Management Office (JPMO), provided national leadership for several White House national security programs; and championed national resilience initiatives across Government, Industry, academia, and international partnerships.
